APCHA Requirements to Purchase: According to the APCHA website, Aspen Village applicants need to be employed full-time (1,500 hours or more per year) in the Roaring Fork Valley and need to demonstrate a minimum of one year full-time work history in the Roaring Fork Valley. At least 75% of an applicant's income must be earned in the Roaring Fork Valley.

BUYER QUALIFICATION: In order to qualify for Aspen Village, someone must work full time in the Roaring Fork Valley. APHCA does not consider an applicant qualified if they only live within the Roaring Fork Valley, it is based on employment. Someone must work for an employer and make at least 75% of their total gross income in the RFV. If an individual works form home as a remote employee for a company outside of the RFV they do not qualify for our program unless documentation can be provided that proves that their company (or their position) provides goods and services in the RFV.
