All the rooms downstairs have ceramic tile floors. Soon after purchsing the house over 20 years ago, a new drainage system installed so that the basement stays completely dry. The house is on a cul-da-sac lot with mature trees and a huge side yard that borders 1/2 way into the creek. A back deck with built-in seating is private and shaded for summer afternoons. The owners have a long list of maintenance detail that the new owners can feel comfortable with. The carpet was cleaned after move out, every 2 years the fireplace has been cleaned and reported very safe. It is now woodburning but could be easily changed to gas. The sliding glass door in Living Room and Master Bedroom were installed about 18 months ago by Lowes and have a 10 year warranty. Lots of updated light fixtures throughout. Each interior room painted within last 1-5 years. Exterior repainted 1 1/2 years ago with premium house paint. The roof is only 8 years old, TVA package was installed 8-10 years ago including new insulation, added vents into each room, reworked the return system, added humidifier into heating system, new duct work, and a digital thermostat which is programable. The average electric bill is only $100 per month. A sump pump was installed that drains to outside in case of condensation. Water heater is less than 3 years old. Septic tank was inspected 3 years ago. WOW, what a list! The garage is extra deep, and the work bench and upright freezer remain.
