A refundable $500 deposit for moving in and out, usually refunded within one week of the move. The refundable fee is to cover any damages to the common areas during the move. Elevator will need to be reserved ahead of time, usually for 3 hours. Your rent include: gas, water, cooling, heating, garbage disposal and high speed internet. Non smoking unit, NO PET.
