One floor to ceiling window faces south overlooking the channel and the bridge to Sand Key. The large bay windows open to let in the cool ocean breezes and showcases a spectacular view of Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas. Several of the photos in this listing were taken from the bay windows or from the balcony. Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms open to the west balcony and the spectacular views. Additional Comments: In addition to trolly stops on Clearwater Beach, the trolly now runs to several towns in the area. Most places on Clearwater Beach are minutes from the condo if you want to walk. There is 1 covered parking space in the garage that is assigned to the condo and additional parking is immediately adjacent to the buildings back entrance and on the north and south sides of the building. The Shipmaster building is a secure condo, a FOB is required for entering the building. The building is a pet free facility.
