Unit #806 is in the middle of the building and it faces west and south looking out over Clearwater Beach. The condo has huge bay windows (floor to ceiling) that look west out over the main channel, the ocean, a waterway arm of the bay, Sand Key and the new JW Marriott 5 star Hotel & Residences which is the only 5 Star hotel in the Tampa/St Petersburg area. One floor to ceiling window faces south overlooking the channel and the bridge to Sand Key. The large bay windows open to let in the cool ocean breezes and showcases a spectacular view of Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas. Several of the photos in this listing were taken from the bay windows or from the balcony. Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms open to the west balcony and the spectacular views. The condo can sleep 6 counting the 2 people that can sleep on the large wrap around couch. Clearwater point has three pools and its own huge private beach, tennis courts and shuffleboard court. The master bath has a Jacuzzi. It is a safe area, the police station is 1/2 block away. The living room has a 58" HD TV, the middle bedroom has a HD TV in the office work area and the master bathroom has a HD TV. The Air Conditioner was installed in 2014. The floors in the kitchen, dining area and entry way are hardwood, the kitchen has a huge one piece wrap around marble/granite counter top that extends out into the middle of the kitchen and becomes the dinning room table, the floors in the guest and master bathrooms are tile. The condo has 1,311 square feet. Most places on Clearwater Beach are within walking distance of the condo and there is a trolly stop near the Shipmaster building. The Clearwater Beach Yacht Club is just across the street on the north side of the building.

Additional Comments: In addition to trolly stops on Clearwater Beach, the trolly now runs to several towns in the area. Most places on Clearwater Beach are minutes from the condo if you want to walk. There is 1 covered parking space in the garage that is assigned to the condo and additional parking is immediately adjacent to the buildings back entrance and on the north and south sides of the building. The Shipmaster building is a secure condo, a FOB is required for entering the building. The building is a pet free facility.
