1) The electricity wire you see in the photo, was never recorded an or serviced by COA. Therefore, it was never activated by the COA. I've called the county and 3rd party providers. ALL stated VERBALLY, the COA, is the ONLY entity who would have serviced this line.
2) The lot was subdivided God knows when by the original (not with us anymore) owner's, but NOT recorded with the COA, only with the county.
3) The property is in a Critical Water Zone.
4) The COA told me only a warehouse/ storage may be built and I've been told a house may be built, because the lot is within a buffer of the Critical Water Zone. AFTER and IF, it's approved for a legal lot.
The owner has given up! She said, just let it go! She NEVER resided here and or spent any time here. She's looking for a heavy hitter of a buyer, to buy AS IS.
