Using the online measurement tool provided by the Citrus County Property Appraiser, it appears the southern side right-of-way will be located about 250' from the nearest property line(see included pics). Construction of this section of the Parkway is currently penciled in for the last quarter of 2025. The home is accessed via a sugar-sand roadway which is just over half a mile from the paved road. The road is not 4x4 access only. Sedans and small SUVs traverse this roadway daily with no issues. All challenges present opportunities. The opportunity for this situation is there will be a bike/walking path located along the southern section of the parkway. If you are a walker/biker, then easy access to the path by dedicated access points is planned(can be seen on the materials provided by FDOT).
