Deposit Details: Upon termination of a tenancy, the owner or the owner's agent may apply property or money held as a deposit toward the payment of rent, damages to the premises beyond reasonable wear and tear other costs and fees provided for in the contract or cleaning of the unit. If any damages exceed the security deposit, the tenant(s) will be responsible for any additional costs of repair and/or replacement. Any and/or all replacements/repairs must be done by a licensed professional of the owners choosing.
Monthly Pet Fee: $50 No pet deposit can be charged for a service animal; however, a damage deposit can be requested. The following pet deposit does not include any charge for service animals allowed on premises.
Pet Policy: Dogs and Cats are allowed. Tenant pets only. Visitors may bring their own pets, but MUST leave with them each visit. Tenants WILL BE responsible for and required to repair/replace any damaged property done by any pets. Pets that are aggressive or excessively barking are not permitted. Dogs and Cats must wear identification collars or tags which include proof of current vaccinations. Tenants should agree to keep their pets under control at all times so that they don't disturb other tenants and their guests. Require tenants to clean up after their pets, both inside and in all common areas and other parts of the property. Tenants should also agree not to leave pets outdoors or unsupervised on the property for an unreasonable period of time, and to keep pets in appropriate, contained areas within the property. The landlord has the right to amend the rules by giving tenants reasonable notice.
