This unit shares the outdoor shower with the other duplex unit. There is a secured access alley between the two units, making it possible to rent both for parties of up to nine guests.
Located in the heart of Mission Beach, just 8 blocks from the famous Belmont Park and roller coaster, this home is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. Enjoy the quiet serenity of the bay with paddle boarding or sunbathing, or head to the ocean for some San Diego surfing. Both sides offer miles of boardwalk perfect for walking, running, or biking. Occupants exceeding five will not be permitted to stay overnight. A charge of $300 per person will be applied if guests exceed the limit. No pets are allowed. There are outdoor cameras on the front door driveway, back door, and inside the garage laundry area entrances of the property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property, with a fine of $300. Please remove all trash and run the dishwasher before check-out. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
