Perfect for an upstairs office or reading room. Two windows overlook S Peoria Avenue. The front foyer shares an "L" shaped open stair case with large decorative columns. In addition to the front classic Victorian stair case there is also an enclosed back stair case that brings one into the kitchen. All aspects of what you have read are in TURN KEY, MOVE IN CONDITION . There is an open back porch off the kitchen. The home is sided in vinyl.
