- Most recent pay stubs for two months
- SS award letter
- LES (military pay information)

Background Check Fee cannot be used for any cost of Move-In, Security Deposit nor Pet Fee.

Security Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Can be made into Equal Payments per Management Approval. This is usually done in the first (4) four months of the Lease.
Pets accepted with a non- refundable Pet Fee of $150-$250 p/pet, depending on size & breed. Fee can be made in Payments with Management Approval.
