Mail or package delivery is not allowed and the host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation.
