Although the tax record refers to a finished basement, those of you familiar with “Single-wall” understand it is typical these homes are post and pier built above grade. That portion of the house has its own entrance, windows and normal height ceilings. The oversized carport has an enclosed area that accommodates laundry hook ups, storage and shower.
The lot is almost 3 times a wide as it is deep. With 161 feet of street frontage, a large portion of the lot is mauka of the carport waiting for you to decide what use you might want to put it to.
The home is currently occupied by family members who have large dogs. DO NOT TRESPASS on this property! Showings by appointment only.

Existing permits are closed but existing improvements do not match tax record. There are two full baths inside the home plus a laundry and shower on the carport. Lower floor has permits but it is unclear if the kitchenette and bath were properly permitted. Buyer should exercise their own due diligence.
