Indoor dining is available for eight at the dining table and four at the kitchen table, while outdoor dining accommodates ten at two tables on the screened and covered lanai. The washer and dryer are located in the garage, along with beach chairs for use during your stay.
This pet-friendly home permits only one or two non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.
Situated in the heart of north Naples near Immokalee Road and Airport Road, the home is a little over four miles from Vanderbilt Beach north access and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach. With four bikes included, you can easily bike or walk to Pipers Crossing Plaza, which offers a variety of dining options. Willoughby Acres is pedestrian-friendly, and just a block down from the home is a small playground with a walking path, benches, and a sidewalk connecting to the neighboring community of Palm River, which also has miles of roads to explore.
This property is managed by a trusted partner with a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager, and a guest services manager. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30-minute drive to the Fort Myers International Airport. This is a self-check-in property, and you will receive the codes to check in once full payment is received and it is two weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically between each reservation. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00.
