This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee and fitness center access are also included. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load.
Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. Dogs only. [SI]
