Free parking is available to guests in the residential garage. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use if needed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 is applied for each guest over 6. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.

No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests will be allowed over while renting the property. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The fireplace is gas-operated, and guests are advised to use it only if familiar with its operation and to never leave it unattended. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. A laptop computer is not included.
