The master bedroom, however, is on the back of the house and has two large windows overlooking the lake. These original owners have made many upgrades including hardwood floors in the living room, ceramic tile in the kitchen/dining area, porcelain tile in both bathrooms and silestone countertops in the kitchen. All windows and the screens on the back porch were treated with a film for hurricane protection (up to 130 MPH winds).
