Located in a quiet, family-friendly South Miami neighborhood near Tropical Park, this home offers a peaceful residential feel with excellent access to the city. Miami International Airport is approximately 15–20 minutes away, Brickell/Downtown Miami is approximately 18–25 minutes away, Coral Gables/University of Miami is approximately 10–15 minutes away, Dadeland Mall is approximately 8–10 minutes away, and Miami Beach/South Beach is approximately 30–45 minutes away.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed inside or outside the home. Smoking is allowed only outside, and please keep doors and windows closed when doing so. Keep noise at normal levels to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. For your safety, outdoor security cameras are installed and functioning. Please do not touch or reset the internet box. Be gentle when pulling the cords on the curtains and blinds. Landscaping may occur twice a month. Please do not climb trees on the property. Kindly note that the home is not equipped for guests with disabilities or special accessibility needs. Miami’s heat and humidity can attract insects like ants or roaches, so please keep doors and windows closed to minimize this.
