This one bedroom cottage has an open floor plan which makes the most of the living spaces. The kitchen is very functional and there is room to entertain if you would like. The bedroom is large enough to have a sitting area there too if you would like. It has a small, cedar lined, walk-in closet and access to the master bathroom with has a tiled walk-in shower. There is also a 1/2 bath in the living area. The living room has a gas fireplace which is perfect when we have those occasional cold Tybee winter days. There is a shady side deck on the side of the home and is a great place for a morning cup of coffee. The downstairs offers lots of outdoor entertainment space and covered parking for your car.
