Wooden shutters in the primary bedroom are refinished to original wood and bronze hardware.
The third floor has two more bedrooms, one an L shape plus alcove, the other one with wood walls and ceiling. There is also a walk in attic.
Take the back stairs down into the kitchen and head down to the basement where several rooms offer utility and storage areas and it is as dry as a drum.
One can walk out of the basement to head to the detached brick garage that has space for two vehicles. There never have been doors on these bays. The third bay has been closed in for a shop area. There is a lower level for more storage underneath the garage. Below the driveway parking is the partially shaded lawn area, where the rear corner pins can be seen. This dear old house, still has projects to be done and needs occasional maintenance.
The Victorian character pulls you in, the convenience of the updated electrical, cooling system and plumbing aspect will encourage you to settle on in.
