The stairs and upstairs flooring have been stripped down to the hardwood and can either remain as is or replaced by the new buyer. The bathroom has a tub, small vanity and toilet. There is also a large floored attic upstairs with massive storage space. There are custom wood blinds throughout the entire home that are very nice. There are two central heat and air units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, both of which are in great condition. The windows are very nice and have been replaced within the last 5-10 years. Roof looks to be nice and in good condition. It has been replaced within the last 10 years approximately. Backyard is very large with a like new wood privacy fence that was put in 5-6 years ago. Beautiful flowers have been placed and well maintained all around the front and backyard which add lots of color and curb appeal! The home sits on a small hill and is quite a bit off of the road, showcasing a large front yard, as well, with a sidewalk running from the front door to the street sidewalk.
