Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. If unauthorized guests stay overnight, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is not pet-friendly. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Events are not allowed on the property. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge.
Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.). [SI]
