Wow! Oh my! This home is what I would call a Cream Puff! This is a great size Twin consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 "quarter bath". Step inside to gorgeous hardwood floors that were done sometime in the recent years. They shine beautifully in the spacious living room and dining room. Into the kitchen which has been very nicely kept and it offers a generous amount of space. A small breakfast table fits in there nicely now. A beautiful color to the cabinets and overall kitchen. Most of the windows were replaced some time ago and they all seem to be in pretty decent shape. Some of the windows have really nice wooden blinds on them. Upstairs you have 3 wonderful sized bedrooms, all with closets and ceiling fans. A very nice hall bathroom that has also been very well kept and maintained. This place really feels like home, and it is absolutely a place that you can move right into and enjoy! Down to the basement is a small old fashioned finished area that could be a small rec room. There is an extra toilet/bathroom. Its small and its just a toilet, but having that 2nd bathroom really makes a difference! Beyond the little rec room is where the heater, hot water heater, and the laundry area is. The heater and central air system were both replaced less than 7 years ago! Yes thats right! And the Water Heater was also replaced within 7 years ago. I'm sure you will be making updates to this house, but its so nice when the hvac system is newer. Out back is a one car driveway and a full size garage. OMG! This is exciting!
