If you have a client that loves the farm life this property is going to be ideal for them. Most of the property is fenced in, I would say 80-85%. The fence line is ready for electrical just needs the wire attached to the fence. Two grazing pastures that run near the power line, a training pen that is to the right of the stable and just down the hill. The property was surveyed back in 2020 and I have attached that document. You can still see some of the steaks but its kinda hard on the backside of the property line. The land hasn't been perks since the client has owned it.
