Owner is not covered for accidents, theft and does not carry insurance that covers the renter. Renter should carry their own renters insurance to cover themselves and their property.

Home has 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in master suite that has its own bathroom. The second and third bedroom both have a queen size bed, night stands and dressers. If toiletries supplied run out, the tenant should then purchase their own - Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap. Beds have sheets, mattress and pillow protectors, covers and pillows.

No cats as owner is allergic. Sorry.

Kitchen has a round table and 4 chairs, a portable dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite counter tops, bar with 3 bar stools. Kitchen comes equipped with a few pans, dishes, bowls, plates, coffee cups, Keurig coffee maker, toaster. Trash bags, dish soap, cleaner, laundry soap.

Back porch is screened in with a desk, round table and 4 chairs to enjoy morning breakfast with view of canal
and steps leading down to boat dock with tropical surround. Also has an exercise bike. Lake Pan also has a nice walking track, basketball and tennis courts, park, baseball field just down from the library.

Yard is fenced with gate. You can park up to a few cars. Hot tub sunken in front deck does not work.
