The property includes two private bedrooms with Queen-size beds, a Twin bed with a Twin trundle in the living room, a Queen-size Murphy bed, and a Twin bed nook, accommodating up to nine guests. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
This property welcomes dogs, with a maximum of three, for a fee of $90 per dog. Unauthorized pets or cats will incur a fine of $400. Parking is available in the barn driveway, on the cement pad in front of the barn, or in the grass area to the right of the barn driveway. Please avoid parking in the main driveway connected to the White House.
Situated on the same property as another vacation home, Adventure Barn offers access to private biking and hiking trails that connect to the Snowbird Bike Trail and Back 40. Bentonville is renowned for its premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. You can easily walk, drive, or bike to enjoy all the amenities that downtown Bentonville has to offer.
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of smoke remediation. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. Dogs must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated or fenced when not accompanied by their owner. The large fan above must remain on at all times to circulate heat and air-conditioning in spaces with high ceilings. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
