Feel at home in this beachfront condo that combines the comforts of home with the service you deserve. Located in the iconic Showboat, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access.
This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. The fully equipped kitchen and smart TV with streaming apps installed provide all the comforts of home. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Complimentary coffee and fitness center access are included, as are two complimentary parking spots per reservation (parking codes will be provided).
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are downstairs. The Lucky Snake arcade is also in the Showboat building. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There are no parties allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
