This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
