This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No weapons or drugs are allowed. A pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately for a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
