The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas are available. Outdoor pool loungers are perfect for soaking up the Florida sun.
Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150, and a written notification and approval are required. Up to five cars may park in the driveway.
Located in a desirable, family-oriented neighborhood in Golden Glades, North Miami Beach, this home is close to parks, Midtown, downtown, I-95, and beaches. Explore Biscayne or Haulover Park, or take a quick drive to North Miami Beach to enjoy a wide assortment of recreational, cultural, and dining opportunities. The best option for getting around is by vehicle, with the Tri-Rail at the Golden Glades station and park-and-ride facilities serving the area.
Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are expected to respect the neighborhood and neighbors. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and any violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please report any damages immediately.
