Enter through the front door using a digital keypad to find yourself in a cozy living room furnished with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. Adjacent to the living room is a relaxing space with two comfortable armchairs. Beyond the sitting room, discover the dining room with a large farm table and a fully equipped galley-style kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals efficiently. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible from the kitchen or living room. Bedroom one features two full-size beds, bedroom two has a king bed, and the master bedroom includes two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bathroom also offers a shower/tub combination. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the garage, and the fully fenced backyard with patio furniture and a grill provides a delightful outdoor space.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, and they must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pet hair or waste is found.
Located in a residential area about two miles from the University of South Alabama, the neighborhood offers a serene environment while still being close to essential amenities. For transportation, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available, though driving is encouraged for convenience.
Guests can enjoy contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect the residential area. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
