•Holding Fee: $150.00 to hold the apartment, due immediately after application approval to hold the apartment. The fee is applied to the security deposit amount due, non-refundable.
Required monthly fees:
•Resident liability insurance - $14.50, resident can supply their own insurance that meets the property requirement to have the charge removed.
•Pest Control Fee - $2.00, required
•Utility reimbursement fee – includes water and trash - $120.00 required
Optional Fees:
•One-Time Pet Fee – Non-Refundable - $300.00 (not per pet)
•Monthly Pet Fee - $30.00 per pet (2 pets allowed)
