The appliances were updated along with custom kitchen cabinetry by Schlotterback. Upstairs the renovations included a complete 3-bedroom guest suite on the second floor with half-bath and separate shower areas. Independent HVAC unit with controls for the second floor were also installed. The utility and laundry area includes a natural gas furnace for the baseboard hot-water heating unit in the main house and guest house, pressure tank for the well, water heater and Kinetico water softening system for entire house.
