Alternatively, this spot also has good drainage and topo for building another lake, if you decided to do so in the future. The top of the ridge also has a large hay meadow that can be baled for hay or also planted in food plots. The southern end of this meadow also offers a nice view across the valley to large ranches that border the property to the south and east.
