The pantry leads to the laundry room with a utility sink. Here you will find built-ins for folding laundry and shelves for laundry baskets. Additional built-ins and shelving offer ample storage. There is also a full-glass door leading to the front porch.

The breakfast room leads to the 2-car garage, deck and patio. The large breakfast room with the panoramic view of most of the property also serves as the main rear door. From the breakfast room you may go directly up to the office. The office is lined with cabinets and a desk on 3 walls. Here you will also find a bedroom (no closet) and full bath.

On the rest of the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, another full bath, an exercise room with picture window and cork floor and a large sewing closet. The rooms have built in closets, lighted ceiling fans, and light filtering blinds. You will also find a linen closet and lots and lots of storage closets plus a back hall.

In the bathroom you will find a counter height 4 ft vanity, comfort height toilet, and step-over marble shower.

There is a two-car attached garage with a 20 ft wall of storage shelving, 4 overhead storage racks, boot and shoe racks plus additional out of site storage.

Outside you will find trees and landscaping galore. Only two trees, the saw tooth oak, and large pin oak, came with the property. All others were planted to enhance the use and views of the property. Some were positioned to block neighboring lights. Those in the backyard were chosen to not block views, and still others to open the view to the house when returning home. Every landscape bed has perennial flowers, you will see colors from spring to mid fall.

There are 3 pastures fenced with electro-braid and served with one automatic heated waterer. There is also a second automatic electric waterer in the large field which is currently used for hay in summer and pasture in winter.
