Approximately 330+- acres of the timber on Floweree is unencumbered with the remainer being WRP, food plots, and roads. The interior road system will easily navigate you to any blind or box stand on the property with the help of the perimeter road. Currently, the owners have a maid who also keeps up with the grass and landscaping. The farmer also helps if needed with food plots.
