The lake is part of 'an association' with annual dues. The dues for the past 8 years have been the same amount, $300 per year. Those dues are already paid for 2017. The association owns 5 parcels of land. 1 is the entire lake itself, 2nd and 3rd are two parcels along the north side of the lake which has no development potential. The 4th and 5th make up the balance of the two entrances to the development. The $300 annual dues provides more than $1 million in liability insurance for the association properties, Monthly water treatment during non-winter months, annual water quality testing (never been below an EXCELLENT), Lawn and Maintenance along the entire development on the north side. This would include the decorative signs and landscaping at each entrance. It also includes funding for additional trees that are continually expanded along the north side of the development for additional privacy.

The yard is professionally landscaped and is equipped with underground sprinkling. The entire exterior of the home has eave troughs. All exterior surfaces are either Brick or Vinyl -- including window and door frames. The only 'painted' surface on the exterior is the front door.
