Welcome to your forested island retreat! Adorable, fully furnished studio cabin, remodeled school bus and dojo on a nearly square, 3 acre parcel of land available.

Studio has a full bathroom, kitchen and covered deck. School bus is outfitted with bamboo laminate flooring, beds and dressers for an extended sleeping area. Both studio and bus have fireplaces for those chilly Volcano nights. Cabin is on a filtered water catchment system and has 2 solar, atmospheric water generation panels. Power is off 10kW of solar panels and a back up generator which is less than a year old. Additionally included is an outback charge controller, an AIMS inverter and a set of 48v batteries. This system power the cabin, bus and the plugs around the outside and the deck.

Dojo is approximately 500 sf with sliding doors that can open the space up. Next to the dojo is a 40ft container that will stay with the property and is currently being used for storage.

There is also a 50' x 50' pond which has a 50 mil liner, a small greenhouse, a temporary carport that is being used for storage and a chicken coop.

Planted on the acreage are 100 Koa trees, taro, red sugar cane, 3 colors of clumping, structural bamboo (black, orange and green). The rest of the acreage is native growth, mostly Ohia tree forest.
