It has a blaze king princess wood stove on a beautiful spark proof hearth that easily heats the tight cabin. The foundation is poured concrete in foam insulation with spray foam in crawl space. It has a 100 foot well that produces endless pure water that is within the cabin with a drain back system and so never freezes giving you running water for all of your needs. It has a fully functioning septic system providing for flushing toilet, shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. This is a no roughing it cabin!!!! The cabin was wired by an electrician with outlets, breaker box, two generator hookups, ceiling fan and light, bathroom light, outdoor LED light. The entire system including well was designed to operate off of a Honda 2000 generator which is small and lightweight allowing you to bring it in at night to keep warm in winter with no warm up issues. It burns approximately 5 gallons a month most of the year. That is about $25.00 electric bill, no water bill, no sewer bill, no phone bill. This is living cheap with the quality of living in the Alaska wilderness and the convenience of the road system and town close by. The cabin has a new finished kitchen with hickory cabinets, a new range and running water. The bathroom is fully functioning with shower, toilet, sink and hot water!!!! Yes, hot water showers in the middle of winter!!! The whole cabin has a new vinyl floor that looks like dark walnut wood. Very durable and easy to clean. It has four windows that lets lots of light into the cabin. The cabin in the middle of this beautiful land is incredibly quite, quite like you have likely never experienced before. The squirrels and fox walk around cabin in the snow; gives the true Alaska experience. The view of the sky is amazing, the northern lights from this cabin is off the charts amazing. This is a perfect cabin for a year-round residence, a vacation cabin, or hunting cabin. The property is ideal for horses and dogs.
