There are ceiling fans throughout the entire house. The backyard is beautiful with fruit trees and a gardening space, grass, and a huge covered patio and spa. The irrigation system is less than a year old. There is also a side yard with an RV gate. The garage is large with cabinets galore and and the door was replaced in 2016, and includes a heat shield insulation feature. There is no HOA.The location is fabulous!
