This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds) are permitted. [SI]
