Noise from neighbors’ projects or renovations may occur during weekday daytime hours, and refunds will not be issued for such disturbances. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID and verification photo are required. A $50 penalty will be applied if pet feces are left on the property. A/C should be set to “AUTO” mode and not lower than 71°F.
