Large house in Countryside. The owner added 3rd bedroom, but did not used the garage for this.
Very large living, family, dining space. Large lot, mature trees.
House is in good condition.
Previous owners probably added bay window for a nook, and there is a tiny crack in the floor. Minor issue.
There was some damage caused by Hurricane Matthew. A few panels of soffit, a piece of fascia were lost, trees in the front snapped and the branches were cut and removed, a tree in the back is down, and another has branches broken. Part of the fence is gone. No damage to the house itself, however.
The price reflects the damage.
