The home has good bones but does need some TLC. Home was a 2 bedroom with 1 bath but includes a large 23.4x14.1 room with a fireplace that we are counting as the 3rd bedroom. Plenty of room to add a 2nd bath and large closet it would make a great make a nice master bedroom. WE want to paint a truthful picture of what is it. It will be a beautiful place with some TLC.
