Step back into 1968 with many of the original light fixtures. I would call this retro modern style. This is an estate and work is needed to bring it back to it's former glory. It was built originally as a custom home with a stone wall fireplace. The steps have iron railings and hard wood floors that are sought after today!
Hardwood floors through out the third floor. All closets in the bedrooms are lit from the inside. Roof was replaced with a full tear off in 2006. Some wall damage that is visible was never fixed after this and there is no current leakage. Full waterproofing was done on the inside of the basement and a sump pump added in 2010. Hot water tank 2010, furnace serviced once a year.
