The space

No smoking/vaping is allowed anywhere. If you must smoke, please do so away from the development. If you can't do stairs you won't want to rent this home. You must do stairs to get to all parts of the house. We focused on keeping the house VOC- free as much as possible. This is why there are all tile floors (no toxic vinyl flooring or carpeting) and minimal rugs to cut down on allergens.
