There is a narrow room in the basement that could be turned into a wine cellar. Tull Lake is a limited all sports lake. What that means is no noisy jet skis are allowed. Great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming. The association has good rules so you won't see junky stuff being stored next door. This lake has a subdivision feel so you will see people walking by themselves, with their pets, or with their kids. It is about a two mile circle (road) around the lake. Great for riding a bike too. I lived on the lake in the sub and loved it! This is a very friendly lake community and the association has different events in the summer.
