Rm. spacious Kit. with slate floor and St/St appl. a Butler's Pantry, Office and 1/2 Ba. complete this level. The wood for the cabinets and stairs was milled in New Philadelphia. The 3rd floor Sauna was completed in 2013 with removable floors and seats. All of the 3rd floor Eyebrow Windows do open for fresh air and the skylights automatically close, should it rain. The Mstr.
