Trash pickup is on Monday and Friday, and guests should ensure their trash is in the designated blue bin out front, with recyclables in the green bins out back. Guests are expected to inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear and work towards a reasonable solution. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, and no parties are allowed. Guests should respect the approved number of guests and lock the doors when not home and upon departure.
