Beach gear provided includes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach wagon, and sand toys. One parking space is included, with three total spots available for the three units; parking is very tight, and large or additional vehicles may require finding nearby parking in a lot or at the Hampton Park & Ride, which offers free overnight parking a few minutes down the road.
