This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can enjoy a smart TV with streaming apps in the living room, as well as complimentary coffee and a free washer and dryer in the unit. Designs are based on the photos, but each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Building amenities include a fitness center and a community garden on the 3rd floor, a dog park on the 4th floor, a sauna, a business center, and a common area kitchen. Additional pet fee of $100-300 may be charged based on stay length.
Sky Central places you at the center of Cincinnati’s vibrant downtown scene. Major employers like P&G, Western & Southern, and Great American Insurance are just moments away, making your daily commute quick and easy. When the workday wraps, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the city's best: take a stroll to Fountain Square, browse local boutiques, or catch a Reds game at Great American Ball Park, all just a short walk from your front door. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail.
Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. [SI]
